GaleON is the online services and tourism platform for Galeão airport, built to make things easier for travelers, such as purchasing and/or scheduling services available at the airport.

It's a service for those flying through Galeão airport. You can order a meal or drink from the palm of your hand, pay directly on the site and wait for your order. The GaleON courier, identified with a vest and credentials, brings your order to a delivery point located right in the boarding lounge! It's more convenience for you.

To use the delivery service, first identify which terminal you are in (Domestic or International Boarding). Then select the desired restaurant, choose your meal and add it to the cart. When adding it to the cart, you move on to choosing the delivery point — select your boarding gate where the courier will find you. Next you go to the identification step, filling in details such as full name, CPF, phone and email, and then you enter your credit card details to complete the purchase. After finishing your purchase, you'll go to the tracking screen to follow the status of your order.

If the order status is marked as “Order placed”, just click the Help button in the top right corner of the order tracking screen, then click to cancel the order and provide the reason for cancellation. However, if your order has already been confirmed by the restaurant, it won't be possible to cancel, as it will already be in preparation.

The VIP lounge at Galeão airport is operated by the Plaza Premium Lounge Group – PPL, headquartered in Hong Kong, a leader and pioneer in this type of airport service. At Galeão we have three lounge options, covering every area of the airport: the Plaza Premium Lounge International (International boarding area), the Plaza Premium Lounge Domestic (Domestic boarding area) and the Plaza Premium Lounge Public (located on the 2nd floor of the parking garage building). The lounges were created fundamentally to offer comfort and convenience to passengers and feature a reserved space with tables, chairs, armchairs, sofas, a TV room, power outlets and USB charging stations, free Wi-Fi and restrooms — including showers — plus great selections of food and drinks available for free consumption.

To use the PPL VIP lounge services, you must buy an access pass through GaleON; you don't need any special card or to fly with a specific airline — everyone can access the VIP lounges. The passes last 3 hours of use. And if you need more time, go to the VIP lounge reception to check additional costs.

It's a personalized service for those who want more comfort on their trip, accompanying the passenger from leaving the aircraft/arriving at the airport to the vehicle to leave the airport/aircraft, bringing safety, privacy and convenience to our customers. Each package has features to upgrade the available services, such as arrival and departure reception, check-in and baggage support, priority line at security, electric cart, porter service, exclusive access points and VIP lounge access. Please note that the service is intended for those over 18 (eighteen) years old. Minors may also be assisted as long as they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
