The personal shopper service is a reservation service for assistance at Duty Free where the customer can have exclusive service with a shopping specialist. The specialist can direct products according to your taste being assertive in the purchase, presenting new launched products, and optimizing your time since they will go to a cashier designated for this service.

The reservation of service time is made entirely for free. The only payment that can be made is related to the acquisition of the product at the end of the service if the customer wishes to buy.

The duration of the service can be up to 1 hour.

If you chose International Boarding, your personal shopper will meet you right after the passport control of the boarding in front of the Duty Free store. If your choice was International Arrival, the personal shopper will meet you after customs in front of the Duty Free store.
